The first group of 27 students arrived from Hong Kong, via Paris, on January 16th . They then made their way by road from Barcelona Airport to Top Fly’s premises at Huesca-Pyrenees Airport. Here, over the next few months, they will receive the training required to obtain their aeroplane ATPL licence so that they can pilot their company’s aircraft.
Shenzhen Airlines was founded in October 1992 by the CAAC (Civil Aviation Authority of China) and Shenzhen Town Council, it began commercial operations on September 13th , 1993. At present the company’s fleet includes 5 Airbus A319-100, 16 A320-214 and 53 Boeing 737 from the 300, 700, 800 and 900 series.
With Shenzhen Airlines, there are now 5 of China’s main airlines who entrust their flight crew training to Top Fly.
